The purpose of this role is to ensure the accuracy and compliance of payables reconciliations with the established policies and procedures. Additionally, the AP Payments Analyst is required to respond to internal and external stakeholder inquiries in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate payment of vendors
• Performance of vendor statement reconciliations in accordance with the established departmental policy
• Reviewing and cleaning up of the payables aging
• Responding to payables related inquiries promptly
