About the Role

As an AP Processing Analyst, you will be a key contributor to the Finance team, ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of accounts payable transactions. This role involves working across multiple ERP systems and leveraging automation tools to maintain compliance and efficiency. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve queries, support reconciliations, and uphold best practices in financial controls. Beyond day-to-day processing, you’ll have the opportunity to influence continuous improvement initiatives, helping to streamline workflows and enhance system capabilities.

This hybrid position offers flexibility, with three days working from home and two days in the office, providing a balance between collaboration and independent work.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoice and credit note processing, ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve queries promptly and accurately.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across accounts payable processes.

• Ensure accurate coding and matching of invoices to purchase orders in line with delegation of authority.

• Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports and support month-end close activities.

About You

• Highly experienced in Accounts Payable, ideally within FMCG or a similar industry.

• Skilled in ERP systems and proficient in Excel, with strong attention to detail.

• Adaptable and comfortable working in a changing environment with a continuous improvement mindset.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build strong relationships across the business.

• Strong organisational and time management abilities to meet deadlines in a high-volume setting.
