Job Description

Role Responsibilities: Regional Strategy & Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Act as the regional subject matter expert for all Compensation initiatives across APAC.
  • Partner with local HR teams and business leaders to localize and implement compensation and benefits programs that are both globally aligned and locally relevant.
  • Provide C&B guidance for both head office and front-line populations across multiple countries.
  • Collaborate with global Total Rewards and HR leadership to ensure consistency in compensation philosophy and benefits design.
Compensation:
  • Conduct regular compensation benchmarking for office and front-of-house roles across APAC markets using salary surveys and market data.
