Purpose of the Role:
The Learning Delivery Manager exists to empower and develop underwriters at Chubb by delivering high-quality, engaging learning experiences. Through expert facilitation of training sessions, workshops, and learning initiatives, this role ensures employees gain the essential knowledge, skills, and confidence to excel in their careers. By fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, the Delivery Manager plays a key role in supporting Chubb's commitment to excellence and expertise in underwriting.

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the primary contact for APAC, taking responsibility for all technical learning needs and acting as the main liaison for regional training initiatives.
