Established in 2020, MUFG Global Service Private Limited (MGS) is 100% subsidiary of MUFG having offices in Bengaluru and Mumbai. MGS India has been set up as a Global Capability Centre / Centre of Excellence to provide support services across various functions such as IT, KYC/ AML, Credit, Operations etc. to MUFG Bank offices globally. MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing MUFGs global network across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific.

Position Title: Apex Support Analyst

Job Profile:

Position details:

• Deliver and support Apex Tec services for trading platforms.
• Provide first and second-line support for Repo, SBL, and TRY desks.
• Participate in Apex BAU and Project teams activities.
• Investigate and resolve incidents promptly with the SLAs.
• Conduct code reviews and manage incident workflows.
• Analyze new project requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support for the Apex platform.
• Maintain platform stability and service continuity.
• Analyse business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Offer L1 and L2 support, including trader queries resolution.
• Ensure systems are up-to-date and aligned with BAU initiatives.
• Represent support in project discussions and testing.
• Validate and approve test results for BAU deliverables.

Job Requirements:

• Proven technical support experience for Fixed Income desks in investment banking.
• Hands-on experience with trading platforms, especially Apex.
• Strong background in business analysis and functional testing.
• Proficiency in C++ (essential).
• Familiarity with derivatives, Repo, and SBL products.
• Knowledge of Windows, SQL, and FIX protocol.
• Experience with STP solutions and trade flow processes.
• Understanding of Linux environments and network infrastructure (TCP/IP, LAN).
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
