The Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiative is a strategic modernization effort to transform how Client onboards and manages its commercial clients. Leveraging Fenergo, a leading SaaS-based CLM platform, the program aims to deliver a fully digital and streamlined onboarding experience.

The initiative focuses on implementing straight‑through processing, robust workflow automation, and integrated KYC/AML compliance capabilities, while improving operational efficiency and reducing manual touchpoints.
