You must have:

• 2–5 years of solid backend engineering experience
• Strong hands-on work with Node.Js and Golang (good to have)
• Comfort with SQL databases (Postgres/MySQL, indexing, joins, performance)
• Experience building and maintaining production APIs
• Clear thinking around systems, trade-offs, and scale
