This is an Onsite Role in Portland Oregon

  • Design & Architecture: Design and implement high-quality, scalable RESTful, GraphQL, or event-driven APIs, ensuring adherence to modern design principles and best practices.

  • Platform Management: Manage and configure API gateways and management platforms (e.g., Apigee, Kong, AWS API Gateway, Azure API Management) in cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Security & Governance: Implement robust security measures including authentication (OAuth 2.0, JWT, API keys), authorization, and encryption, ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS).

  • Development & Operations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product Managers) to facilitate API deployment pipelines, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows, and automated testing.
