About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team providing essential modules (Authentication, Wallet Management, Payments) for our digital products across multiple business lines. You will oversee the development of APIs that integrate local business logic with our global platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with leadership to define strategic Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Lead a team of support engineers and developers (.NET and MuleSoft) to support Core Product objectives.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Oversee data collection and analysis to drive strategic decisions. Develop KPIs to measure impact and maintain robust analytics functions using Data Platforms and tools like Power BI.
