Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Production Support Engineer to join our IGA operation team. This individual will support and maintain our Spring Boot–based microservices and RESTful APIs, ensuring the reliability, performance, and stability of applications that enable enterprise-wide access services. The ideal candidate has strong Java/Spring expertise, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at solving complex issues in distributed systems. The intent is to convert these new hires to FTE upon positive performance, with positions already budgeted and approved as part of this effort to expand the team long-term.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide production support for Spring Boot microservices and RESTful APIs within the My Access platform.
- Monitor, triage, and resolve incident tickets related to microservices, API performance, availability, and platform functionality.
