The APM Tech Support is a key figure in ensuring the operational continuity and efficiency of our locker network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively monitoring the operational parameters of our distributed locker infrastructure. This involves identifying and resolving technical software or mechanical issues on the Lockers remotely. This role acts as the first level of technical support performing remote troubleshooting and coordinating interventions by field technicians when necessary serving as an essential bridge between dispatchers and on‑site service teams.
