The APM technician performs on-site service and maintenance visits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving technical, software or mechanical issues on our Lockers, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction. The role includes replacing components, repairing parts, and coordinating tasks with the support and dispatching teams.

The APM technician is based in Basque Country, carrying out on-site interventions in the whole region, also covering nearby cities/regions.

What responsibilities and objectives will you have?

• Perform scheduled and emergency service visits, complying with the SLA.
• Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions on-site.
• Perform root cause analysis of reported problems.
• Replace defective components and carry out mechanical and/or electrical repairs.
