- Supports Gates PDM/PLM software as used by manufacturing locations
- Develops PDM/PLM solutions requiring analysis and research
- Works on small to large, complex projects that require skill in multiple technical environments and possesses knowledge in one or more of the following areas: technical specifications, product bill of materials, database queries and stored procedures
- Works on one or more projects as a project team member or sometimes as a project lead. May coach more junior technical staff
- Ability to communicate technical issues, plans and solutions from both a business perspective and a technical perspective providing pros and cons for recommended solutions pertaining to PDM/PLM
- Implements technical solutions for PDM/PLM issues
