• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (Computer Science preferred).
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in application development and support.
• Expertise in ProC and PL/SQL programming.
• Proven experience in crafting detailed technical designs.
• Strong grasp of database design and proficiency in writing SQL queries.
• Familiarity with query optimization and performance tuning techniques.
• Basic understanding of Unix commands.
• Hands-on experience with Unix shell scripting.
• Knowledge of software deployment and installation processes.
• Exposure to the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Broad awareness of current hardware and software technologies.
• Experience working in 24/7 production environments.
• Solid background in relational databases, preferably Oracle.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—for technical and client-facing interactions.
• Experience with high-volume, transaction-based production systems.
• Familiarity with established software development lifecycle methodologies.
