• Solution Design: Create high-level architecture diagrams and Future State blueprints that align with the AWS Well-Architected Framework .
• Proposal Development: Draft technical sections of RFPs/RFIs, including SOWs (Statements of Work), effort estimations, and pricing models.
• PoCs & Demos: Develop and present Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate the feasibility of modernization strategies like refactoring or re-platforming.
