About the Role

Denmonk Company is looking for an enthusiastic Sourcing Manager to work closely with suppliers, fabrics, and fashion materials. If you’re a fresher with fashion knowledge or someone ready to grow in sourcing, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Product Development

• Research market trends, competitor products, and price points

• Plan new articles based on sales data and category performance

• Coordinate with design team (or create basic tech inputs)

Sourcing & Vendor Management

• Identify and onboard fabric, trim, and garment vendors

• Negotiate costing and ensure target margins

• Develop samples and manage approvals

Production & Execution

• Plan production quantities based on demand

• Track timelines from sampling to bulk dispatch

• Ensure quality standards and minimize rejections

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work with sales, operations, and warehouse teams

• Support smooth product launches and availability

Candidate Profile

• Education: Fashion Design / Textile / Apparel / Merchandising preferred

• Strong understanding of fabrics, fits, and manufacturing basics

• Good communication and follow-up skills

• Excel / Google Sheets working knowledge

• Willing to work on-ground with vendors and factories
