Role: Appian Developer, Tech Lead
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 6-12 months+
Work Schedule : 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Work Hours: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST
Location : Hybrid - 3x Days onsite in Pune, India


Client is seeking an experienced Appian Developer, Tech Lead to take charge of end-to-end application development and delivery processes. This role requires a forward-thinking professional who can lead technical teams, design robust solutions, and ensure seamless integration of Appian applications within the organization. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building scalable, user-friendly systems that align with business objectives.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the end-to-end Appian project lifecycle, including design sessions, architecture planning, development, deployment, and support.
  • Design, develop, and implement Appian-based solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
  • Customize Appian to meet UX goals, whenever there are technical or product limitations.
  • Ensure adherence to Appian design standards, security guidelines, and compliance frameworks.

    • TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing solutions on the Appian Platform.
  • Strong understanding of Appian objects - records, reports, interfaces, process models, CDTs, constants, and rules.
  • 4+ years of experience in user centric design with UX being on forefront.
  • Strong expertise in customizing Appian to overcome product limitations.
  • Experience with Appian Plug-ins, Appian Sites, and Sail UI design
  • Proficiency in SQL, XML, and web service integration
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience with integration tools, AWS/Azure, or other low-code platforms.
    • GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of IT experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
