Apple Consultant

We are looking for a dedicated Apple Software Specialist to provide expert-level support, configuration, and management for Apple systems across our organization. You will work closely with our IT and operations teams to ensure seamless performance of macOS, iOS, and related software tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Apple hardware and software
• Troubleshoot and resolve macOS and iOS technical issues
• Manage device enrollments via Apple Business Manager or MDM platforms (e.g., Jamf, Intune)
• Ensure the security and performance of Apple systems
• Provide technical support and training to team members on Apple tools and apps

Qualifications
