Job Description – Apple Devices Sales Specialist

Role Summary:
We are hiring an Apple Devices Sales Specialist to drive sales of Mac, iPad, iPhone and Apple ecosystem solutions for enterprise customers. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, managing a sales pipeline, and growing Apple business through SHI’s partnership with Apple.


Key Responsibilities:
• Sell Apple devices and related solutions to enterprise customers.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline, generate leads, and close deals.
• Conduct customer meetings, demos, and solution presentations.
• Promote SHI services such as zero-touch deployment, MDM/Apple Business Manager setup, lifecycle management, and device buyback.
• Collaborate with technical and service teams for proposals and deployments.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts and ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.


Required Skills & Experience:
• 4+ years of IT hardware or device sales experience (Apple sales preferred).
• Good understanding of Apple products, ecosystem, and device management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to engage enterprise IT and procurement teams.
• Self-driven with the ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles.
