Project Description:
4+ years hands-on experience with facility security and operational systems (e.g., MD Staff, RL6)
Responsibilities:
Administer systems like MD-Staff, MSOW, RLDatix (RL6), Ready Set, GEMPay, DFM.
Domain Provider, Health care exp is must
Manage credentialing, privileging, incident reporting, and occupational health workflows.
Ensure compliance with TJC, NCQA, CMS standards.
Build reports/dashboards using Excel, Power BI; maintain data accuracy.
Coordinate integrations with HRIS/EMR and support audits.
Mandatory Skills Description:
Hands-on experience with MD-Staff, MSOW, RLDatix, Ready Set, GEMPay.
Strong knowledge of credentialing, risk management, and compliance processes.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and basic SQL.
Familiarity with HL7/API integrations and RBAC security.
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
Experience with Policy Manager, Risk Connect, or similar compliance tools.
Familiarity with Epic/Cerner or other EMR systems and HRIS (Workday, People Soft).
Knowledge of HL7/FHIR standards and API-based integrations.
Certifications like CPMSM/CPCS, CPHQ, or Lean Six Sigma.
Advanced reporting skills in Power BI/Tableau and SQL scripting.
Exposure to audit readiness for TJC, NCQA, CMS and HIPAA compliance.
Strong documentation and training facilitation experience.
