Application Analyst

URGENTLY HIRING APPLICATION ANALYST / SYSTEM ANALYST

Responsibilities:

* Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their business operation process and requirements

* Work with the team to propose appropriate IT solutions that can streamline and improve business operations

* Accountable, troubleshoot and resolve daily IT systems issues reported within SLA, working closely with vendors, key stakeholders and cross-functional team members

* Prepare and maintain IT Systems documentation such as functional specification, design specification, test specification, operation and user guide

* Manage, perform and support User Acceptance Testing

* Good conversational skills and ability to conduct end user training

* Work closely and support Reporting Officer in the procurement, acquisition and implementation of IT systems

* Covers duties of fellow colleagues in their absence
