Key Job Accountabilities:
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Provide customer service excellence in supporting Plexus teammates through incident support, management and resolution.- Implementation: Help manage and successfully deliver medium to complex complexity efforts.- Business Value: Translated and/or document business requirements and objectives into software requirements specifications.-
Education/Experience Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.- Two (2) years of related experience is required; three (3) or more years of related experience is preferred.- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.- Experience in computing systems or IT support is required.- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) required.
