Overview
The Application Analyst will be part of the Digital and Information Technology team, responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting IT systems. These systems primarily include the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and other clinical management systems. The role involves close collaboration with hospital and clinical stakeholders to ensure IT systems effectively support operational and business needs.
Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to understand business operations and requirements.
Recommend suitable IT solutions to enhance and streamline business processes.
Diagnose and resolve system issues promptly, coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams.
Prepare and maintain IT documentation, including functional, design, and test specifications, user guides, and operational manuals.
Manage and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Conduct end-user training sessions effectively.
