**Overview**







Working as a bridge between customers and engineering teams, Application Specialists use customer input and sales information to recommend, design or re-design, develop, test and implement products. They also provide technical support and expertise to customers, testing applications, responding to customer feedback, installations, and often performing sales presentations and product demonstrations.







Application Specialist reach across many departments, working with the engineering team, the sales team, the customer service team and the manufacturing team.







The individual will be responsible for developing systems to process claims timely, claim validation, warranty trend analysis, and warranty improvement prioritization. The position will be accountable for reporting to customers, manufacturing plants, and senior management. This includes Motive and Network Power claims.
