Role Overview:

Accordion is looking for an experienced Technical Director with expertise in Full stack development (MEAN/MERN), Data Science and Generative AI applications to shape and deliver advanced AI-driven solutions by translating architectural designs into robust implementations and ensuring their successful deployment. (S)he will work closely with architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to bridge strategy with execution, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and deliver business impact. In addition to driving development and integration efforts, the role involves driving research and development efforts to enhance the team’s expertise in Generative AI, providing technical leadership within projects, mentoring team members, and promoting best practices that strengthen delivery quality and organizational capability.
