| Job Description: | Responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions to streamline business processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, implement scalable solutions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality results. Key Responsibilities: Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using UiPath. Create, test, and deploy robots to automate repetitive tasks and processes. Optimize existing automation solutions for improved performance and scalability. Process Analysis: Work with business stakeholders to identify and analyze processes suitable for automation. Document process workflows and create detailed solution design documents (SDDs). Recommend process improvements and automation strategies. Bot Management: Monitor and maintain deployed robots to ensure smooth operation. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in bot execution and performance. Perform regular updates and enhancements to existing bots. Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions. Provide training and support to end-users on using UiPath bots and automation tools. Document automation processes, workflows, and best practices. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest features and updates in UiPath. Proactively suggest improvements to existing automation solutions. Participate in team discussions to enhance overall automation strategies. Required Skills: Proficiency in UiPath RPA tool, including Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots. Strong understanding of RPA concepts, best practices, and development lifecycle. Experience in creating reusable components, libraries, and frameworks in UiPath. Knowledge of Excel automation, SQL, and data handling. Basic understanding of programming languages like Python, .NET, or Java is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with other RPA tools (e.g., Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere). Experience with API integrations and web services. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools. Understanding of process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in UiPath (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Associate or Advanced RPA Developer) are highly preferred. Shift - 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM Work From Office. |
