You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, implement scalable solutions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality results.<br /> <br /> Key Responsibilities:<br /> Automation Development:<br /> <br /> Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using UiPath.<br /> Create, test, and deploy robots to automate repetitive tasks and processes.<br /> Optimize existing automation solutions for improved performance and scalability.<br /> Process Analysis:<br /> <br /> Work with business stakeholders to identify and analyze processes suitable for automation.<br /> Document process workflows and create detailed solution design documents (SDDs).<br /> Recommend process improvements and automation strategies.<br /> Bot Management:<br /> <br /> Monitor and maintain deployed robots to ensure smooth operation.<br /> Troubleshoot and resolve issues in bot execution and performance.<br /> Perform regular updates and enhancements to existing bots.<br /> Collaboration and Support:<br /> <br /> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions.<br /> Provide training and support to end-users on using UiPath bots and automation tools.<br /> Document automation processes, workflows, and best practices.<br /> Continuous Improvement:<br /> <br /> Stay updated on the latest features and updates in UiPath.<br /> Proactively suggest improvements to existing automation solutions.<br /> Participate in team discussions to enhance overall automation strategies.<br /> Required Skills:<br /> Proficiency in UiPath RPA tool, including Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots.<br /> Strong understanding of RPA concepts, best practices, and development lifecycle.<br /> Experience in creating reusable components, libraries, and frameworks in UiPath.<br /> Knowledge of Excel automation, SQL, and data handling.<br /> Basic understanding of programming languages like Python, .NET, or Java is a plus.<br /> Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br /> Preferred Skills:<br /> Familiarity with other RPA tools (e.g., Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).<br /> Experience with API integrations and web services.<br /> Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.<br /> Understanding of process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.<br /> Educational Qualifications:<br /> Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.<br /> Relevant certifications in UiPath (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Associate or Advanced RPA Developer) are highly preferred.<br /> <br /> Shift - 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM<br /> Work From Office.</td> </tr> </tbody> </table>
