Key Responsibilities

Lead pre‑sales activities, product demonstrations, and develop winning technical proposals.

Manage project implementation, including requirement studies, training plans, UAT, and documentation.

Deliver post‑sales support with a customer‑centric approach to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners to drive successful project delivery.

Uphold company standards for HSE, QMS (ISO 9001), and customer communication best practices.
