JOB PROFILE: Application Development Lead

Job Summary:

The Application Development Lead (ADL) is responsible for overseeing delivery of high-profile software development initiatives under the defined jurisdiction. Responsibilities may include managing large projects or small project portfolios, leading architecture and design initiatives, and leading quality management processes aimed at ensuring incidents and other customer-impacting issues are handled efficiently and thoroughly.

When assigned to a large program, the ADL works directly with the program’s PMO team to deliver on program-specific goals while keeping development teams on track per Agile guidelines (including traditional Agile Scrum Master duties). The ADL also ensures technical continuity between the program and other areas of the business unit.
