CTG is seeking a skilled Application Developer with expertise in BPM to design, develop, and deploy workflow automation solutions using IBM CP4BA Business Automation Workflow (BAW). This role focuses on process modeling, integration, and creating efficient, automated business workflows.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop BPM solutions using IBM CP4BA/BAW (formerly IBM BPM).
+ Design and implement process workflows using BPMN 2.0.
+ Build user interfaces with Coaches/Coach Views and web technologies (CSS/JavaScript).
+ Integrate systems via REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, AJAX.
+ Deploy and manage applications in containerized environments (OpenShift/Kubernetes).
+ Support process automation projects through development, testing, and production.
