The ideal candidate will excel in understanding user needs, analyzing system requirements, and delivering scalable solutions while contributing to continuous improvement and mentoring junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop software solutions by studying user needs, system flows, data usage, work processes, and following the full SDLC.
Determine operational feasibility through analysis of problems, requirements, and proposed solutions.
Document and demonstrate solutions by creating clear documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, layouts, charts, code comments, and clean, maintainable code.
Prepare and install software solutions by designing system specifications, standards, and programming components.
Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending enhancements to policies, procedures, or workflows.
