  • Provide ongoing support for ADP Global View (GDMS) / ADP Payroll systems
  • Resolve payroll system issues, tickets, and user inquiries
  • Perform payroll data corrections and configuration updates
  • Monitor payroll integrations and validate payroll data
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams
  • Perform root-cause analysis and recommend preventive actions
  • Support quarterly/year-end payroll and statutory compliance
