Application Developer - (Secure Systems)

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer to design and implement project configurations using both proprietary and industry-standard tools.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with regional teams, guide local IT enhancements for operational improvements, and ensure seamless integration across projects. Responsibilities include solution design, program development, code reviews, test case preparation, end‑to‑end project integration, and incident resolution within custom issuance and personalization systems.

• Programming Languages: C#, .NET, Java, Python (advanced level).
• Database Skills: Expert in MS‑SQL (stored procedures, functions, queries).
• API Development: Design and integration of REST and SOAP APIs.
• Security: Knowledge of cryptography, authentication methods, and smart card platforms.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex proprietary environments.
• Ability to define technical requirements, configure ETL processes, and validate test scenarios.
• Skilled in compiling technical documentation using best practices.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes (order entry, BOMs, MRP, logistics) preferred.
• Specialized experience in I/C applications, cryptography, and encryption methods.
• Proficiency with change management and version control tools (Jira, Git, Azure DevOps).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, or Software Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with I/C chips, cryptographic methods, PCI standards, and EMV guidelines.
• Strong background in designing, developing, and supporting data‑driven applications (Windows OS, SQL Server, XML, C#, .NET, Java, APIs, Python).
• Familiarity with software engineering best practices (design patterns, scalable solutions, secure communications).
