Application Developer

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions based on business and system requirements
Study system flows, data usage, and work processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
Evaluate feasibility of proposed solutions through analysis, problem definition, and requirement assessment
Prepare technical documentation including system designs, flowcharts, diagrams, and code documentation
Develop and implement system specifications, standards, and programming solutions
Conduct systems analysis and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency
Troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve development and service-related issues
Continuously update technical knowledge by learning new tools, programming techniques, and technologies
Contribute to team and organisational goals by delivering assigned engineering outcomes
