Summary:
This role is responsible for expanding product market presence, winning new business and increasing sales by providing expert support, training and assistance and directly managing specific customers.
Essential Functions:
Utilize strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.Achieve sales growth objectives, identify sales opportunities, devise plans for pursuing sales leads, and provide sales forecasts and reports to support these efforts.Monitor, analyze, and report on competitive activities.Participate in planning meetings and provide engineering inputs for developing new digital material products or modifying existing products.Collaborate on novel designs and provide engineering support throughout system development.Work closely with customers to ensure success.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related technical field. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree5+ years of experience applications engineering, sales or product managementExperience in RF and/or Highspeed systems as well as printed circuit board design, layout, stack-upExperience developing marketing and promotional strategiesTravel: 50% Compensation for this position will be determined based on various factors, including experience, skills, and internal equity. The expected salary range for this role is between $125,000 and $150,000. Additional compensation includes, but is not limited to, performance-based sales incentive bonus program and an employee stock purchase plan.
