| Job Description: | Automation Development Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex automation workflows using UiPath. Develop reusable components, libraries, and frameworks to enhance automation efficiency. Ensure adherence to RPA best practices, coding standards, and development lifecycle. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Process Analysis and Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and prioritize processes for automation. Create detailed solution design documents (SDDs) and process workflows. Recommend innovative automation strategies and process improvements. Bot Management and Optimization: Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of UiPath bots to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in bot execution and performance. Continuously optimize existing automation solutions for scalability and efficiency. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Provide training, mentorship, and support to end-users and junior team members. Document automation processes, workflows, and best practices for knowledge sharing. Strategic Contributions and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest UiPath features, tools, and industry trends. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance automation strategies and frameworks. Participate in strategic discussions to align automation initiatives with business goals. Required Skills: Advanced proficiency in UiPath RPA tools, including Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots. Strong understanding of RPA concepts, best practices, and development lifecycle. Experience in designing scalable and reusable automation frameworks. Proficiency in Excel automation, SQL, and data handling. Knowledge of programming languages like Python, .NET, or Java is highly preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Skills: Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere). Expertise in API integrations, web services, and advanced data handling. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma. Experience in leading and mentoring teams. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in UiPath (e.g., UiPath Advanced RPA Developer) are highly preferred. Work from Office Shift time : 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM |
