Responsibilities


Become a member of Keysight Technologies’ Technical & Application Support organization and engage with Keysight customers working on the forefront of technology:

  • Provide technical and application expertise to Keysight customers on electronic test and measurement instruments.
  • Work with a team of applications engineers to assist customers both on post-sales product functionalities and pre-sales product selection.
  • Publish knowledge articles on the Keysight Support web site that enable customers to locate answers to their test and measurement challenges.
  • Attend training on new Keysight products that drive our customers’ success.

  • Qualifications


  • B.Tech or higher degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
  • Typically, 5 or more years of experience with benchtop test and measurement equipment such as DMMs, function generators, power supplies, data acquisition systems, oscilloscopes, SMUs, and frequency counters
  • Preference for candidates with programming skills (e.g. Python, C#)
  • Clear written and verbal English communications skills, with the ability to explain detailed technical information
  • Ability to multi-task in serving multiple customers at a time
  • Experience with sales and/or customer service. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and loyalty with customers
  • Position requires assisting customers in the Americas region and will require working United States business hours (work night shift in India)
