Technical Customer Support & Design-In
- Customer Support: Acting as the primary technical contact for customers, resolving issues related to product performance, application, and quality.
- Design-In Activities: Assisting customers with the selection of appropriate chip inductors for their specific circuits (e.g., DC-DC converters, RF filters, power management units) to ensure the product is chosen during the initial design phase.
- Circuit Analysis: Analyzing schematics and PCB layouts to recommend optimal placement and verify electrical performance.
- Modeling & Simulation: Using SPICE or similar simulation tools to predict inductor behavior in customer applications.
- Application Notes: Creating technical documentation, application notes, and white papers to help customers understand how to best use the inductors.
