Responsibilities

  • Prepare techno Commercial offers for mechanical seals for Pumps / Mixer Oems and standard auxiliary systems and pricing in response to request for quotations (RFQ's) in the required time frame.
  • Coordinate with various internal resources to acquire all the technical and commercial information needed for the proposal.
  • Knowledge on reviewing technical and commercial documents, Incoterms and experience in handling customer’s terms and conditions.
  • Understand and able to work with internal tools, administrative tools, and online reporting.
  • Basic knowledge in reviewing the equipment dimension and seal fitment for Retrofit jobs and communicate the same to customer and offer optimum seal selection,
  • Review the jobs to ensure compliance with Eagle Burgmann original proposal and all agreed upon changes and make the clean & accurate technical sales document and commercial quotations and submit the subsidiary on time with quality metrics as per company standards.
  • Maintain good relations within internal and external customers.
  • Actively participate and complete all selected company sponsored trainings as scheduled.
  • Carry out any other duties as directed by the Reporting and functional manager.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor`s degree in mechanical engineering / process engineering or related field or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years of Experience as an Applications Engineer or similar role such as, inside Sales Representative, Engineer for Pump or Mixer OEM domain. Exposure to operations of Process industry/ EPC / rotating equipment will be added advantage.
  • Strong technician acumen and analytical thinking.
  • SAP knowledge Experience in dealing with common MS Office applications will be advantage.
  • Proactive, results-oriented approach to the business, Fluent in English and excellent communication skills, flexibility and able to work in a team.
  • Strong entrepreneurial thinking and action.
