What you will do

  • Offer comprehensive heat transfer application and technical calculation support for Market Operations teams (Project Centers, Pre-Project teams, Service, Processing Sales) and Channels, ensuring accurate product selection and configuration, sizing, configuration, configuration, validation, and quoting of heat exchangers based on technical specification.

  • Develop value-based quotations tailored to customer requirements, optimizing technical and financial considerations as per the market/customer needs.

  • Provide specialized technical guidance to Project Centers, ensuring seamless execution of engineering solutions.

  • Support regional sales channels by delivering expert technical insights, ensuring product acceptance by customers through presentations and consultations.

  • Support new product deployment and new application development in the markets

  • Contribution to CSN input and enrichment.

  • Regular meetings with KC sales hub and product team to provide feedback on portfolio performance.

  • Conduct viscosity measurement in PDC or customer site when needed.

    • We believe you have

  • B. E/ B. Tech/ M. Tech in Dairy Technology/ Food Process Engineering/ Chemica Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering

  • 3+ years of engineering experience in Dairy, Beverages, or similar Liquid Food process industry.

  • Demonstrate excellent technical skills, good knowledge in installation needs and customer operations at site.

  • Good understanding of product portfolio and its functionality.

  • Knowledge of different heat exchangers, heat transfer calculations.

  • Knowledge of different utilities: being able to do calculation of utility consumptions

  • A self-starter who takes the initiatives on solving problems and creating opportunities for improvement without being asked.

  • Building integrity and trust with critical stakeholders and team.

  • Listening to different stakeholders and able to see how different parts of the process forms the big picture.
