Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical helpline support to products and applications enquiries from Asia Sales subsidiaries technical teams.
  • Provide on-site support to customers to resolve product applications issues whenever deemed necessary, including travel to Asian countries.
  • Support Asia Sales subsidiaries in Service Level project services.
  • Establish new solutions for emerging product applications in Asia.
  • Support products training for technical colleagues in Asia.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders (local & overseas) to continuously improve technical helpline productivity.
  • Responsible to support rapid sales growth in Asia Pacific, including Turkey.

Requirements

  • Must have 4-6 years of working experience in product application support or field application support.
