Client Onboarding & Support
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth adoption of our data analytics solutions.
- Provide technical assistance during and after the onboarding phase to ensure a successful implementation.
- Act as a primary point of contact for addressing client queries and resolving technical issues.
Technical Expertise & Implementation
- Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, data structures, and technical needs.
- Configure, customize, and deploy data analytics applications to meet client requirements.
- Develop and optimize scripts, queries, and tools to support data pipelines and workflows.
Bug Fixing & Troubleshooting
