This position is responsible for providing Application Engineering and Electrical Technical Support to the engineering and sales teams, representative firms, and end customers. The role requires significant customer interaction to support the sales process, assist in marketing technical products, and provide guidance on new offerings related to low-voltage switchgear and high-capacity surge suppression solutions for AC, DC, telecom, industrial, and high-speed industrial Ethernet applications.
Responsibilities
+ Serve as the first point of contact for Electrical, Technical, and Application Engineering support.
+ Collaborate as part of a cross-functional team to develop customer-driven products and solutions from concept through completion.
+ Provide field engineering support, including site visits and audits as needed.
+ Partner with the Marketing team to develop technical marketing materials.
