Job Description

Main Job Roles and Responsibilities are to support in the development of production, packaging, analytical or filtration technology for high purity Process Chemicals products by transferring from other Electronic Materials Process Chemical sites or by collaborating with other business units. Will be responsible for all technical aspects of technology, packaging and providing technical support to cross functional teams.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:


Support Tuas Plant expansion and new product line transfer from other Process Chemical sites. Will be tasked to work on new product line process setup, development and qualification activities, as well as any CIP projects and activities related to technology and packaging.

1.    Technology

Responsibilities include:

  • Support technology/process/product line transfer and setup and qualification
  • Process recipe tuning and optimization
  • Process flow and method improvement
  • DOE execution and data analysis
  • Curate data package to support change justification
  • Change qualification, validation and implementation
  • SOP revision and documentation
  • Support NPI activities from technical aspects (review product qualification data, chemical specifications, packaging, aging data etc.)
  • Any other tasks as assigned by Technology Manager.

2. Packaging
Responsibilities include:

  • Curate data package for packaging change for new or existing Process Chemicals. Collaborate with other business units on packaging change qualification, validation and implementation.
  • Liaise with supplier on technical aspects during new packaging sourcing or RFQ.
  • Support regulatory testing activities related to packaging.
  • Support aging study related to packaging change.
  • Support in on new packaging review/certification, qualification and management.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by Technology Manager.

3.    Quality Technical Support

Responsibilities include:

  • Support technology manager to curate data package on technical aspects of Process chemical quality.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by Technology Manager.

Experience, Qualification and other information

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical/ Materials/ Microelectronics Engineering will be preferred.
  • 2 to 3 years' relevant experience in semiconductor chemicals industry especially in process chemicals will be an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to travel frequently between plant and office within Tuas area, preferably with own transport.
