We are currently seeking a Application Engineer|Application Support L2, L3 Support to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Observability Support Engineer with deep knowledge of Datadog and Kibana for log analysis, dashboard creation, and production support.

As a key member of the support team, you will be responsible for proactively monitoring systems, analyzing logs, identifying performance issues, and helping resolve incidents in collaboration with engineering and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor application and infrastructure health using Datadog and Kibana.
  • Perform log analysis and correlation to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Create, maintain, and improve dashboards, alerts, and monitors to support real-time visibility into system performance.
  • Support incident investigation and root cause analysis using observability tools.
  • Collaborate with application support and infrastructure teams to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Document runbooks, monitoring standards, and alert tuning procedures.
