About this Position

As a
Laboratory Manager, you will lead laboratory operations and technical
capabilities supporting electronic adhesives and advanced materials for
electronic assembly technologies. The role ensures safe, efficient, and
high-quality laboratory execution while enabling customer projects, supporting
sales and field teams, and contributing directly to regional business growth.
You will be responsible for people leadership, lab governance, asset and budget
management, sustainability initiatives, and close collaboration with R&D,
Sales, Marketing, and regional stakeholders.
