Job Scope:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Application Engineers to foster technical excellence and continuous professional development.
• Collaborate with customers and internal project stakeholders to gather system requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose technical solutions.
• Ensure full compliance with contractual commitments, project milestones, and quality standards.
• Drive engineering design activities in partnership with Design and Project Management teams.
• Define testing frameworks, coordinate system validation, and support commissioning and go-live activities.
