JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Alternative Fuel & Hydrogen Development
- Hydrogen Integration: Lead in-depth research and development for Hydrogen Fuel Cell and Hydrogen IC engine gensets.
- Dual-Fuel Optimization: Develop and refine Diesel-Hydrogen dual-fuel systems, focusing on combustion efficiency, fuel delivery, and safety protocols.
- Innovation Pipeline: Stay at the forefront of decarbonization trends to transition traditional power platforms to green hydrogen standards.
2. Advanced Thermal & Airflow Management
- Quad-Core Systems: Lead the design and research of complex cooling architectures for quad-core radiator units, ensuring balanced thermal distribution.
- Airflow Dynamics: Conduct high-level airflow management studies to optimize intake and extraction in high-density power configurations.
- Environmental Adaptation: Research cooling performance under extreme ambient conditions to guarantee system reliability in diverse global climates.
3. Deep Technical Problem Solving
- Research Methodology: Apply systematic, data-driven research methodologies to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and thermal failures.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and simulation data to solve "first-of-its-kind" engineering challenges in new product development.
- Performance Benchmarking: Establish rigorous testing protocols to validate theoretical research against real-world prototype performance.
