We are seeking a Technical Lead Engineer to drive the development and integration of our onboarding SaaS platform, supporting both our Personal Investor and Superannuation products in Australia. This role blends hands-on engineering leadership with pre-sales technical engagement, helping shape our partnership model with platforms like Employment Hero.
A key responsibility of this role is building a new team from the ground up. As we currently do not have a dedicated partnership team, the Technical Lead will be responsible for assembling their own team, including interviewing and hiring.
You’ll lead the design and implementation of scalable, modern web applications, with a strong focus on React, AWS, and event-driven microservices architecture.
