Sales Management
- Drive the sales of Secured Business Loans through DSA, connectors, and direct channels.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Track and monitor team productivity and funnel performance.
Team Leadership
- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers.
- Regular training and development of the team to enhance performance and skills.
- Performance reviews, goal-setting, and talent development.
Channel & Partner Management
- Develop and manage DSA and connector networks.
- Ensure proper onboarding, engagement, and productivity of channel partners.
- Conduct regular partner reviews and performance tracking.
Portfolio Quality & Risk Control
