Role & responsibilities

Sales Management

  • Drive the sales of Secured Business Loans through DSA, connectors, and direct channels.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Track and monitor team productivity and funnel performance.

Team Leadership

  • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers.
  • Regular training and development of the team to enhance performance and skills.
  • Performance reviews, goal-setting, and talent development.

Channel & Partner Management

  • Develop and manage DSA and connector networks.
  • Ensure proper onboarding, engagement, and productivity of channel partners.
  • Conduct regular partner reviews and performance tracking.

Portfolio Quality & Risk Control
